My name is Ella, the founder of the Silk Road Music Shop. As someone born and raised in China, I lived over 10 years in the U.S.A. as a software engineer and jazz vocalist, and I’ve competed in music competitions in Europe. Now, I’ve returned to my home country to focus on exporting traditional Chinese musical instruments to music lovers around the world.

I hope that by promoting and selling quality Chinese instruments to more people globally, more musicians and audiences can join the music community—bringing in fresh perspectives and helping to revive the traditional Chinese music I love.
